What are the course dates?
The course begins on 6/17 from 9 am – 11 am ET and continues for 5 more weeks.

Here is where the brain science comes in: your brain takes 21 days of repetition to form a new pattern. Just 10 minutes of practice a day will make this happen. Then, for the next 21 days, that pathway gets reinforced so that it will be resilient, making it easier for you to resist going back to your stuck behavior. During this entire period, you’ll have live classes and exercises to keep you on course, so you achieve your goal. The two-hour weekly sessions ensure there is plenty of time for learning, questions, and valuable interaction.
